Hi, I’m Rachel — photographer, animal lover, desert kid turned city dweller, and someone who’s been chasing light and moments since I first picked up a camera at nine years old.

I grew up in the wide-open skies of the Southern California desert, where quiet spaces and bold sunsets shaped how I see the world. These days, I call Pittsburgh home — a city with rough edges, old bricks, and endless heart. It’s a place full of grit, character, and some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. I live here with my husband, our three dogs, one bold cat, and a deep love for music and barbecue nights that run way too late.

Photography has always been more than a passion — it’s how I connect, communicate, and create. Whether it’s a portrait session or a fleeting, offbeat moment, I believe in the power of collaboration. I don’t just photograph people — I work with them. I listen, I adapt, and I make space for who you truly are to show up. Together, we create images that feel honest, expressive, and uniquely yours.
